I don''t like this quarantine any more than you do, but we cannot allow the bonelust plague to spread. I have hired a local group, the Darksea Privateers, to oversee the more unfortunate aspects of this campaign.
Speak to their leader, Broogs. I am certain he can use your help, and I would sleep better knowing an Asharr has their eye on him.
