Deliver the E.A.T.C.'s message to Privateer Abu in Westport
Description
We tried to make a stop off at Westport on our way down here, but the docks are sealed tight. No one gets in, no one gets out. It's like the whole town is locked down.
I have no idea what's going on up there, but if you happen by that way, I need you to deliver a message to a business associate of mine. Tell him that we're looking for a little help down here, and if he could find us some more volunteers, the E.A.T.C. would appreciate it.
Progress
Privateer Abu does a little side work for the E.A.T.C.. Last I heard, they were sending him to Westport, but they won't let us in to find out.
Completion
I'm sure I can work something out for Trig, but with the quarantine, I won't be able to gather any volunteers from here.
