Description

These chains were still attached to the Vargir’s wrists. Scholar Yanis in Forrest Hut will be able to identify them.

The shackles are made of a strangely forged metal.

Completion

The Stonehowl gnolls normally use these shackles on the hounds they capture, but these seem to have come from something much larger. Whatever beast you got these from must have been chained up by the Stonehowl.
