Description

Captain Nevatru and his Blue Caps are no friend to Asheran. They have gone rogue, driven mad by greed. Not only are they creating the problems here, but they are charging the poor farmers for protection. We had the proof of his corruption in our hands, but we could not get it to Asheran. Now, Nevatru carries the proof on his person. The only way to get it back is to face him directly.
