Description
There are some who survived the onslaught in Sandshore, but they aren’t exactly the most trustworthy of people. The Sandsteel Brotherhood has occupied an area called Bandit Thatch. From what I can remember they never did Morninghope no harm, but still… they are bandits.
One of the bandits, Heffe, would come into town every so often. Never made no trouble so I didn’t pay him no mind. He’s the only one I know by name.
