Well, this is terrible news indeed. However, some of the information we've gathered makes more sense in this light. A few days ago one of our couriers discovered a "strange ruin" not far from here. I didn't think much of it since ruins are, sorry to say, found everywhere these days. Now though, it may not have been as innocuous as a simple ruin. If you are willing, we should take a closer look at this and see if there is a connection to the Coven as I suspect there might be.
